• What does BizEdu stand for?
  BizEdu is combined by Biz, which stands for Business, and Edu, which stands for Education. As a whole coined term, it means business education and relevant training. As for the .NET, it may refer to Via Net or simply New Technology, whichever, as you prefer.
• What is BizEdu.NET's positioning?
  For all visitors of course.
  However, the site is set to help business workers improve themselves, help students better themselves and promote academic discussions that may generate some inspirations for better understanding of marketing management, which in turn can bring us all more.
• Why register? (cancellation of registration email validation with effect from Mar. 13, 2009)
  No, you don't have to.
  Almost every board is open to visitors who can browse via Net without restrictions applied to viewing or downloading. We even grant almost full access/privileges to visitors in few specific boards(e.g., MITOCW Localization) while limit permissions on Guest-visitors' starting, replying, and uploading for better management. Thus, if a visitor wants to join us for further discussion, it is recommended that he or she register an ID, with which, then as a member, he or she can get full access to the benefits provided in this community, such as PM, calendar/to-do-list, and etc.
  And also, as an unique ID representing you in BEOL forums, your membership upon successful registration and 1st-time login will NOT be canceled without notice except for a few occasions on which the concerned ID violates some clearly announced regulations or it is obviously against law, data loss disasters exlusive.
  What I believe from the bottom of my heart is the OPEN-NESS of resources and communications. They are from the people of greatness, devotion and hard-working-ness, thus they are for these people and still are extended to and for all.
• Benefits after registration?
  • Try more enhanced functions provided and integrated in this forum, such as member's avatar uniquely customed by yourself.
  • Access to Search function so that you can quickly locate your desired posts.
  • Mutual communication with other members and you can even opt to get feedback of your posts via email.
  • Obtain information concerning recommended software, electronic magazines and of course some open coursewares matching member's individual privileges.
