It seems that the PDF converter creates extra textBox in the output word-compatible files and re-formatting is a tough job.
It's really lucky to find Adobe Acrobat Pro 6 installation CD and created a so fancy job like this(something to be cautious is to set the correct fonts for Asian documents.)
