[CASE]尚湖渡假区案例构想设计

常熟最近几年开始将自己定位于一个旅游城市,在对外宣传中,尚湖风景区一直是个重点。在尚湖有一些上海的单位建立的疗养院、渡假村、酒店等,有些地方俨然一副常熟租界的模式。

在尚湖以外,常熟尚有数家酒店,如开发大厦、虞山饭店、国际饭店等。现在考虑:若将在尚湖景区建立一家酒店(组织),将大体如何安排与规划?比如酒店以何种模式经营、定位……


<span style='color:gray'>案例关键部分在于将酒店这种类型的组织进行适当的细分,即以何种标准进行酒店业的产品细分。在本例中,由于尚湖是一个旅游景点,因而设在其中的酒店重点也考虑渡假模式的酒店。对于一般模式的酒店,在国内大体有三种类型,除了青年旅行社之外,有商务型与渡假型两种,商务型的酒店重效率,客人在其中所考虑的重心在于速度与功能以及服务的标准化;而渡假型的客户则有可能看中酒店周围的环境,而并不在乎交通等设施的便利程度,对他们的客户关怀更多的在于一些“定制”。

由于客户在渡假型酒店中很可能终日呆在酒店中,因此酒店周围的环境及所处地理位置的人文、地域特点就显得比较重要。这是如何根据尚湖的景区特点来安排酒店环境及经营的关键。</span>

  • Students will form, according to their will, groups as a virtual work team with approximately 5 to 8 of each or a real estate company.</li>
  • They will design their projects and each group/company is required to set up a name/brand for the project.</li>
  • Each group will electe/assigne a leader member who shall be in charge and be responsible for proceedings.</li>
Since Claroline has been terminated and all files are deleted, i am NOT gonna attach the classes' papers here for any references. What's more, for this project, the students were NOT required to re-modify their work any more.
