这是一个取自美籍华人靳羽西采访节目的视频案例,讲述可口可乐在日本市场的成功。以下列举一些可口可乐在上世纪初进入日本市场并于四十年代公开在日本销售并取得成功的因素。

This case is based on a documentary video anchored by Yue-Sai, mainly focusing on the history of Coke and its success story entering Japan's market in the mid of last century.

To sum it up, here are a few from my point of view.
  • Strong local partner - Coke found a powerful business man locally so as to penetrate more steadily</li>
  • Employ retailers instead of distributors lest it would have to collect twice a year the money receivable</li>
  • Local product - successful localization made Coke a Japanese-like international corp.</li>
  • Establishment of Coke's good image - good citizens' image appearing in Coke's ads</li>
