会员注册重开放(Mail related service recovered)

主机提供商的邮件服务遭到破坏，现在已经基本恢复，十五分钟前管理进行测试，邮件相关服务基本正常。

订阅服务、密码找回功能、用户注册、站内发送电子邮件功能均已经开放。

Intermyth, my virtual server provider has partially recovered their mail service. The board's mail-relevant service has been tested and now it regained its function.

Susbscription, password recovery, new user's registration and board emailing services are now re-open to all.
