Forum successfully updated from v3.2.7 to v3.2.8

A couple of minutes ago on Nov. 10, 2019, the board has been upgraded to v3.2.8. The official phpBB release has fixed a list of bugs and brought to us several notable enhancements.

Also, an old version of Elegance style is removed from existing styles, to be replaced by a newly introduced Flat Style.

For security reasons, board upgrade info will NOT be posted from now on, but we will put security and update one of the board priorities.
