Broken smilies corrected and updated

Two days ago on June 8th, the broken smiley graphics issue were addressed after detected but ignored some time earlier the previous month. The problem is now confirmed that the broken smiley icons were caused by the forum migration and upgrade that have left the path of a few of the old smiley graphic files incompatible with the new system. The final solution is to correct the outdated paths in the database.

Also, a new set of smiley design was obtained from phpBB's official website and applied afterwards to make a fit with the current default style, Basic Red.
